Okay, okay … so we met James and Leigh through pure serendipitous circumstance. They had been a fledgling business, using a self-built Wix site and had reached the point were they needed an amazing Ecommerce website.

They wanted a place were their products could capture an audience, showcase their brand, invite them inside the business and allow them to order in a simple yet effective manner.

Enter Hussel …

Our challenges;

• The site had to be beautiful! To even begin to compete in this space, they had engage and excite customers as they visit the site,
• Create a fluent, simple pick & mix function for customers to design their own doughnut boxes,
• Integrate loyalty points where repeat customers could earn points on orders and redeem them as discounts on future visits,
• We needed product images! They’d never had any professionally taken, meaning a full suite of assets would be needed.

Our first stop … competitor research. Hey listen we’re not lying when we say … what we now don’t know about online doughnut sales, honestly isn’t worth knowing. 

We threw ourselves into this industry with unwavering determination. Once we’d reviewed the main competitors in this space, we knew what we had to do. 

Our designers went to town crafting this unbelievable site, whilst also ensuring all of our initial challenges were solved prior to build. 

We planned professional photography shoots that really captured the deliciously dough-nutty essence of the business. 

And when our new, crazy clients were happy that the site was a perfect match … only then did this sexy piece of website go to build! 

Results: We have been overwhelmed by the amount of positive comments on the new site as it launched (as of writing this, its only been live a week), many of our other digital friends reached out to let us know we’d smashed it with this one!
