Our content creation process is quite simple and we can usually turn around assets in a short space of time to meet any deadline. In this case we had only two weeks prior to the end of the event and the videos were needed to promote the event. Essentially we had a couple of days to plan, film and edit the entire project. 

Our process with OOBE went as follows; 

• On-site visit with management to collect brief and plan content 
• Briefing into videographers alongside planning filming logistics
• Full day shooting capturing before, during and after the event
• Two days editing, creating social assets and longer versions of content for in-house use 

All in all from initial meet to assets being received took no more than four days. OOBE were thrilled with resulting content and were able to use content to promote the event right up until completion just after Christmas.
