Revolution Bars: The Free Burger Booth – Experiential Activation
At Hussel Marketing, we believe in turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.
So, when Revolution Bars came to us with a challenge to promote their new food menu – specifically, a sizzling Smash Burger – we didn’t just think outside the box, we went and built a better box.
Our mission?
To create an activation that would have people dancing in the streets for free burgers. And that’s exactly what we did.
The Creative Challenge
Revolution Bars wanted to introduce their new Smash Burger in a way that was as exciting as the burger itself – and we had just the idea. Enter The Free Burger Booth. Picture this: A mobile photo booth that dispenses free burgers, but only if you dance. That’s right, dance for your dinner!
But, of course, turning this wild concept into a reality was no small feat. We had to make sure the booth worked flawlessly, with the burger drop timed perfectly to the beat of the music. As simple as it sounds, it took some serious coordination, design, and a lot of Hussel magic to pull it off.
Execution and Solution
We took the Free Burger Booth to four key cities – Leeds, Newcastle, Cambridge, and Manchester – and transformed streets into mini dance floors.
The booth itself was a vibrant, attention-grabbing set-up, complete with lights, music, and the promise of free food for anyone who could bust a move.
But the beauty of this activation wasn’t just in the free burgers; it was about creating an experience that people would remember – and share.
To take part, all you had to do was sign up to Revolution Bars’ newsletter. With that small action, you got to dance for a burger and have the chance to be part of something truly unique.
And when we say people were dancing? We mean it.
Every location turned into an impromptu party, with hundreds of people joining in, filming content, and sharing their burger joy with the world.
