When HM Staffing & Recruitment asked, “How can we stand out in the recruitment world as youthful and dynamic?”

We at Hussel Marketing knew this was our cue to redefine recruitment website norms.

Led by young founder Harry, HM Staffing was all set to break away from the traditional.

The Challenge

The mission was to encapsulate the vibrant, dynamic ethos of HM Staffing in a digital space. After initial brainstorming and design phases, we faced a critical moment: the first version of the website felt too close to conventional recruiter styles, not capturing the unique spirit of HM Staffing.

The Pivot

In a bold move, we chose to scrap the initial design and start afresh. It was a tough call, with extra costs and efforts, but it was crucial. We believe that every digital touchpoint should evoke the right emotions and proudly represent the brand.

The Creative Process

Redesigning from Scratch: We took a step back, reassessing our approach to ensure it aligned with HM Staffing’s unique identity.

Innovative Features: The final site included a candidate resource collection, offering valuable career advice through white papers and guides.

Balanced Focus: We designed the website to equally cater to both organisations seeking talent and candidates exploring new roles.

Human Touch: The site now showcases the real faces and personalities behind HM Staffing, highlighting the team’s dedication and expertise.
